Local farmers, artists and chefs Lauren Valle and Monique Milleson bring their enthusiasm for locally grown, organic, nourishing and healing food to your table! We believe in being connected to the food that we put into our bodies and would love to bring this outlook to your next party, event or special meal. We grow our own vegetables at our farm in Honesdale, PA and locally source the ingredients that we use from farmers and artisans.

We are committed to supporting the community by serving up delicious local meals cooked with love. We are also both visual artists and we enjoy incorporating our colorful aesthetic into our catering. We combine a variety of homegrown and ethic cooking styles and are happy to work with your palate.

We feel called to the nourishing traditions of our ancestors and to food preparation methods that require being present with ingredients as they grow, sprout and ferment. We serve food that leaves you feeling energized and healthy when your plate is empty.
