Local cook and farmer, Monique Milleson, owns the Anthill Farm Kitchen, the farm to table catering branch of the Anthill Farm. Here at the Kitchen we love to work with the fresh, sustainable, and delicious produce and products from our farm and others in the area. Our catering reflects the integrity of the food we use, highly nutritious fare, thoughtfully prepared. We proudly source our ingredients from local farms through Lackawaxan Farm Fresh and farmer’s markets. We try to use organic flours and oils when available and always Non-GMO. My favorite part of cooking is coming up with new flavor combinations, and our local farm flora and fauna provide a rainbow of tastes waiting to be explored. Ingredients I love to cook with include Grass-fed beef, Raw Milk Cheeses, Asian Pears, Butternut squash, arugula and lots of garlic! Our healthful and flavorful meals are available at the Main Street Farmer’s Market at the Cooperage in Honesdale,PA every week, Wednesdays 4-6pm May-Oct. and Saturdays 11am-1pm Nov.-Apr.
