Main Street Farmers’ Market is a producers-only market that features all organic, sustainable, or natural products that have been produced locally. There are three vegetable producers, with special products like asparagus, garlic, and heirloom vegetables. We have bedding plants, flowers and perennials. We also have delicious and healthy baked goods, using as many organic and local ingredients as are available. We have eggs, take orders for chickens and turkeys, and will be adding other meats and raw cows’ milk in 2011.  The market is located in front of a historic building that was once a cooperage (a place where barrels were made).  The renovations are underway to restore this building have a winter farmers market that will begin in fall of 2011.
