The Cooperage Winter Market
Open Saturday, mid November – April
11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Every Saturday from 10am-12pm, the Cooperage opens it’s doors to the community and folks file in to get their goodies for the week. You’ll find anything from Hardler’s Raw Milk to Treeline Farm’s sprouts and homemade apple cider. There are baked goods, alpaca products, maple syrup products, bread, mushrooms, cheese, meats and veggies too! Everything you’ll need to keep eating locally throughout the cold months. Here at Anthill, we’re featuring a host of staple storage crops including garlic, potatoes, onions, leeks, radishes and rutabagas. Then there’s our value added products; pestos, black bean spread, and pickled garlic scapes. The main attraction at our table, however, are all of the fresh greens that we’re growing in our 2 newly constructed 90′X40′ high tunnels. Right now they are fully loaded with arugula, spinach, tatsoi, gourmet lettuce mix, mesclun mix, swiss chard and kale; and we’ll be harvesting a few pounds each week to keep you stocked up.
